I LOVE cheese. I put cheese in my eggs in the morning, and I have it as part of my snacks throughout the day. I could probably eat cheese 24/7. But I don't. I do have some measure of self control.
While I enjoy cheese there are some cheeses that I'm not no fond of. Sorry swiss, and gouda. Oh but mozzarella, and cheddar, along with provolone are some of my favorites. I love the Sargento's 4 cheese reduced fat mexican blend.
Recently I discovered how tasty Velveeta can be. I tried a recipe of the SB website for Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup. It was so creamy and delicious that it only lasted two days. It is something that will be made again.
SB does caution against too much cheese as it can stall weight loss and/or cause gastric distress. So far so good.
